October 14, Day 9, BLESSED

 Word for the day: Blessed!

I have been so blessed in my life! God’s light has shone upon me and my family.  And yesterday’s words from Eileen; to quote Psalm 46:10:                                       “Be still and know that I am God.”

I am blessed that Eileen was able to pick me up so that I can recuperate at her home.  I am now staying in her 42 SQ Ft room. It is the size of many of the “cells” in convents and monasteries of old.

                      Note the be happy 😃
This is also the room where Eileen spent much of her time during lockdown for 3 months during Covid.
She produced this great video during that time:

I’m blessed that I have time to meditate 🧘‍♀️ and contemplate God’s plan for me.
I’m blessed that my cold is improving.
I’m blessed having my family and grandkids!
My dear husband Dave putting in bannister!
Bennett (4) & Scarlett (6) enjoying ice cream!
My wonderful children, Eileen and  Braden, both basketball fanatics!
                          Braden and Catherine
                  The whole fam dam!
Dad, mom, and all my sibs!

Julian (7), who made a Mr PotatoHead for my brother Charlie’s 69th birthday.  Great Grandpa Eddie (98), enjoying a cousin’s wedding at the Basque Center in
Boise!  And a month later, I’m enjoying the Basque Country in Spain!

I am blessed that our lake house passed FINAL inspection TODAY after 4 years of hard work.

Who really believes that God would want us to feel guilt and shame! God, for me, is not a punishing God;
but a God of laughter and love ❤️
So today I rejoice for all the blessings in my life!
                         Jeez Louise!
